Don was fantastic from first conversation all the way through the entire planning process and during the reception. We started working with him after another catering service was not responding to emails or phone calls and had missed scheduled meetings. Don was very professional, friendly, and “on the ball” about everything. We highly recommend him and his staff. The food was fantastic and we are still getting compliments on how wonderful everything was. 10/10 highly recommend!
Don catered my daughter's wedding held at Rustic Ties on October 5th, 2024. I cannot speak highly enough about Don and his commitment to preparing and serving exceptional food. From the very first telephone call I had with Don, up to and including the wedding day, I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Everything the day of the wedding ran smoothly and the food was delicious. Don was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any catering event.
Don was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our entire experience. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging with our choices, and to top it off the food was excellent. The charcuterie table he provided was amazing and the Prime rib was delicious.
Don and his crew did an amazing job if i could give them more stars I would! From the very beginning Don made everything so easy and he was so accommodating to use despite our distance away from him. Meeting him initially was great and he gave us a quick run down and reasonable quote very quickly. As our wedding date grew closer Don got into the finer details and made sure we had everything in order - and even helped us with the things we did not think of ahead of time! The day of Don and his team completely took control and managed everything to make sure the entire day ran smoothly! And the food! What can I say other than INCREDIBLE! I received so many compliments from guests and staff alike about how good the food was! Even the staff with our DJ commented that the food was the best that they have had at the events they had done - and that alone says so much! Now I am stuck trying to think of other events we can have them cater! Trust me, you will not go wrong with Kelsey's catering! I wish I had pictures to go along with my review, but everything was tastefully laid out and just what we wanted! I can not thank him and his staff enough!
